TERMS AND CONDITIONS- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

DUNSBOROUGH SHORT TERM HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION BOOKING POLICY

For Paradise in Dunsborough accommodation booking confirmation, you must email us immediately at: info@accommodationdunsborough.net. At the same time, please direct deposit 20% of total to: Fleay Farming Trust – BSB 142-001 Account #124013700. Please include your name for identification. Or you can book through the booking system which will require a credit card (this will incur a bank surcharge).

BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY 

Please email us at: info@accommodationdunsborough.net to advise of 20% direct deposit payment. Direct deposit details: Fleay Farming Trust – BSB 142-001 Account #124013700. Please include your name for identification. Or you can pay 20% deposit by credit card which will incur a bank surcharge.

FINAL PAYMENT

Full and final payment for the holiday booking including a $500 damage deposit is required at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. If the outstanding balance has not been received by the due date, the Owner and/or the Booking Agent reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice and the guest will forfeit the deposit.

CANCELLATIONS and AMENDMENTS

The deposit is fully refundable should you cancel more than 14 days before arrival (minus a $50 administration fee). Should you cancel or amend your booking within 14 days prior to arrival the full amount of accommodation will be forfeited.  Cancellations and amendments are required in writing, preferably via email.

SIZE OF PARTY / MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS

The maximum number of guests must not exceed 10 people.
DUNSBOROUGH HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION RULES: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE PARTIES, FUNCTIONS or SOCIAL GATHERINGS, SCHOOL LEAVERS PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE.

The number of guests occupying the property for the holiday must not exceed the number specified on the Booking Form.  If for any reason there is a change to the number of guests occupying the property, the owner or Booking Agent must be informed immediately. If approval is given for a change in the number of guests, an additional charge will be payable for each extra guest.  In the event that this clause is breached, the owners reserve the right to evict all tenants immediately and payment will be forfeited.   

BOND/SECURITY AND THE GUESTS RESPONSIBILITY

Guests are expected to look after and take all reasonable care of the property and all the furnishings and equipment included in the property and to observe the “No Smoking Inside” requirement for the duration of the holiday. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked and that the property is left in a clean and tidy state at the end of the holiday. Any faults, damages or breakages must be reported to the Owner, Booking Agent or a representative of the booking agent as soon as possible.

GUESTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREAKAGES OR DAMAGES CAUSED TO THE PROPERTY DURING THE GUEST’S HOLIDAY OCCUPATION AND ALL COSTS OF REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT SHALL BE PAYABLE UPON DEMAND TO THE OWNER OR BOOKING AGENT.   IN THE EVENT THAT THE PROPERTY IS NOT LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY THE GUEST WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF EXCESS CLEANING WHICH WILL BE CHARGED WITHOUT NOTICE TO THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED AT A RATE OF $40 PER HOUR.

BOOKING REFUND & INSURANCE

Booking cancellations must be made in writing. The deposit is fully refundable (minus booking fee $50) should cancellation be received more than 14 prior to arrival.  Where written notification of a cancellation is received less than 14 days in advance of the holiday, no refund will be given.  The guest shall be liable for payment of the full rental whether or not occupation of the property occurs. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive holiday cancellation insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

TERMINATION OF BOOKING

The owner and/or booking agent reserves the right to terminate the booking at any time.  Due to all booking channels not being paired, there is a small chance that a double booking may occur.  In the event that this is to occur it is at the owner’s discretion which booking request will be approved.

Should you be evicted from the property for breaching the booking conditions or rowdy behaviour, you will forfeit full payment.

DECLARATION & AGREEMENT

I hereby acknowledge that I am the guest named on the Booking Form and that I am over the age of 25 years of age, and I have read and understand the above booking conditions as evidenced by my booking and that all information provided herein is true and correct.

I FURTHER AGREE THAT THE STATED CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO THIS BOOKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BOOKING CONDITIONS AND I AGREE TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CHARGES DUE AND PAYABLE ON THIS BOOKING AND ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR OR EXCESS CLEANING AS REQUIRED WILL BE CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD UPON DEMAND.

I therefore agree to supply my credit card details as bond/security and in doing so acknowledge I have read and accepted the above booking conditions.
